Camera should have storage capability in case of power outage

Camera should have storage capability in case of power outage and/or lost internet connection, when power outage restore or reconnected to the internet, it can upload video image to cloud.
Those cameras are expensive and this is a simple solution.

That's for Internet outages.

All wire-free cameras can record to local storage, even if your Internet goes down.

What about power outages? UPS?
