Camera numbers on plan

Plan says unlimited cameras but I seem to be only able to have 10

is that correct or am I missing something

It gets complicated, what is the system configuration, base and camera numbers and models.

Shouldn't be complicated - it's just about the cameras. What plan do you currently have? Older plans were limited unlike the current plans.
