I am certain a human on a phone could have resolved this in 5 minutes.  Cameras show offline.  the base station is lit up blue as it should.  I have changed the ethernet cable, resynched, rebooted and no positive results.  i've used the site to troubleshoot, sadly it does not cover this.  I removed a device while "OFFLINE," yet could not retrieve it while "OFFLINE" is the base station bad??

Do you still receive notifications from the camera? If so it’s likely to be a arlo server issue.
Wait a few days for them to fix it.

Are the cameras batteries charged? What offline device did you remove?

According to the website trouble shooting, all cameras should be working fine.  They still show offline.  If its a bad base station? can someone confirm this?

What is the LED behavior on the base station?

A solid blue LED on the base indicates it is online and connected to the internet. Does the SmartHub show online within the mobile app? Is it just your cameras showing offline?
