Camera not working in Iphone says offline

I believe it was sent to the new Arlo update, that I am getting a constant message on my cameras that say they are off-line. They do this at random. They are all connected to the same server. Anybody out there have a clue as to what’s going on.

I am having similar issues. I can log on and see things like battery % on the cameras, but, can’t connect to see the video feed on my iPhone.

Have you tried to reboot the base station & test again?

What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far? I do not want to suggest anything you may have previously performed.
