Help with replacement base station

Faulty base station. Having great difficulty getting Arlo to replace base station under warranty. They have already accepted that the base station seems have a fault.

Have you filed a report ( gotten number ) from Arlo support for the warranty issue ?

Why won’t Arlo replace my base station under warranty conditions. They have raised an RMA and have accepted that a fault exists. Only taken 4 months!

Are you saying you have an RMA base pending for 4 months?
