I have adjusted the setting to maximum sensitivity as well as medium and my camera does not record. What am I doing wrong?

Make sure you're adjusting the sense level in the MODE you are using ( not in the test mode )
Arm the cameras and confirm on the live view page the 'running man' is dark/black outline ( instead of gray ) which means armed
Morse is faster than texting!

Maybe your camera no longer have a proper rule. Try to take out the batteries for 10 seconds then trigger a motion again. If cameras are still not detetcing motion, you may need to remove the camera from your account, unplug base for outlet and leave unplugged for about a minute, then re-sync your cameras. Try triggering motion, if still not able to detect motion, maybe there's a hardware problem on your camera so try contacting Arlo support.
