I’ve had the camera for years, and all of a sudden it stopped recording. I have all the devices armed, but still nothing. I’ve tried to restart the base, but it didn’t work. I still get motion notifications. I also tried to record through the live stream, but it didn’t work either.

1) Try removing one camera from your account and sync it back. Did that help?

 

2) @JamesC , @ShayneS , @BrookeN backend sync please. This may take a while for the mods to be able to perform this.

 

3) If all else fails, remove all devices from your account and start fresh, as if new.

@Userkite please watch the cameras throughout the day and update me tomorrow if you see the behavior change.
