Neither the base station nor the cameras show up on the app or on the web browser. However, I am receiving motion alert texts. When I open the alert on my iPhone, I can see the short video that triggered the alert.
Also, and perhaps related, last week I started seeing motion alerts and short videos from my brother's cameras to which I have never been given access. Clearly a bug in the software that would cause privacy concerns.

Hi @GLHold
I see you have been shared access and do have access with two Pro 2 cameras. Does that sound correct?

That is correct - shared from my brother. I cannot see those cameras either on the app or on the web, but I do get alerts from them and can see the video that triggered the alert.

To see the devices you will need to migrate to the new UX4 version. You can initiate this by starting an install process for a Pro 5S camera within your app then accepting the notification to migrate. You can cancel the install once completed.
Both account holder and shared access user need to be on the new version that displays FEED at the bottom of the app when sharing access.
