I have recently set up the base station and added two Pro 2 cameras. The problem is one camera can record video to the library, but the other can’t. Every video setting is correct and I have tried different troubleshooting as recommended in the Arlo website, but the problem still exists. Does anyone know what the problem is? Is it about the change of their 7-day free subscription plan?
Thanks all!

There is no change to the 7-day free cloud recording. Older cameras that were sold with that feature continue to have it (as long as there are no more than 5 unsubscribed cameras in the account). Newer cameras (starting with the Ultra in 2018) all require a subscription for cloud recording.

Did you try livestreaming the problem camera, and then see if you can make a manual recording? Also, did you try the motion detection test? https://kb.arlo.com/41/How-do-I-change-the-motion-sensitivity-on-my-Arlo-camera

Thanks for your reply. As one of the camera is able to record video to the library, does it mean that we can only have one camera for the 7 day free cloud recording? In another words, we have to subscribe for a plan and pay for a certain fees now, right?
Thanks!

The live streaming works, but not the detection tests. There is no response whatsoever even though I set the sensitivity level to the maximum.
Thanks

No. You can get the 7-day cloud recording on up to 5 of the older cameras.

That is the problem then.
If you haven't tried removing the battery for about 10 seconds, and re-inserting it, then try doing that.
If that doesn't help: Is this a newly purchased camera (from an authorized reseller)? If it is, you could either exchange with the seller, or contact Arlo support for a warranty replacement. Exchanging with the seller is easier.
