Trying to restart my camera. Removed the device from the app to restart it. Didn't work. Can you help

Not sure what steps you took. It seems you removed it from Settings, My Devices, correct? Try the simple method - briefly press the base sync button (don't hold it) and then the camera button. What do you see on both devices?
