We have four Arlo Pro 2 cameras, wireless, and two of them seem to be faulty. One doesn't pick up motion except on random occasions. I have called the customer support line and they attempted to fix this, but it was unsuccessful. I can walk directly in front of the camera and it senses nothing. The sensitivity is on 100%.
The other camera notifies me with ANY audio, which means I have constant notifications. I have turned the microphone off as well as the speaker, and adjusted it to not record audio. This may help for a few seconds, sometimes minutes, sometimes a day, but then I will have 1000 notifications of audio. How do you fix either issue?

Have you tried the motion detection test?
Does the camera have a skin on it?

Have you removed the audio trigger from the rule?
