Camera Is Buffering Slow & Getting Black Screen In The Arlo App

I unplugged and re plugged in my base station. I still have a buffering issue. Also I will get a good picture on the regular window off my app. But when I push button to make it wide screen the picture goes completely black. Seems like the cameras and base station are fine (only being 2 weeks old) I dont know why I feel it's this app on my phone. Any ideas?
