I have spent the past few days troubleshooting (and trying to contact Arlo) about the CVR on my Arlo Pro 2 cameras.

Whenever I view the timeline, there are consistent gaps in the timeline recordings (as shown below).

My guess is that these are when the cameras are uploading, due to how the gaps are a consistent length of time, and then record for longer during the night (when there's probably a lower bitrate).

The only way to get consistent recording has been to use a mobile internet connection for testing. I've used multiple cameras, multiple base station types, and connected directly to my internet (no router, no other devices), but still get the gaps in the image below, I've also tested moving the hub to be right next to the cameras (without a router connected), but that still doesn't change anything.

My internet is 50/20Mbps, which I've tested and over the last 48 hours has been continuously online at those (or higher) speeds, so there's nothing I can tell my internet provider except "Arlo doesn't work" to get them to check my connection. Besides, 20Mbps  is way over what 2 Arlo Pro 2 cameras should need in bandwidth. All other devices (including streaming) work fine and always have on the network.

Anyone else got any advice? Since it's not like the Arlo devices provide any usable data back on WHY they aren't recording? Otherwise I'll just have to assume CVR will never work, and request a refund.

Hi,

May I ask how many devices you have connected to the network?
