Arlo Pro 2 - wont stay connected and will not hold a charge

One camera will not stay connected and won't hold charge  it is connected to a solar charger

Since the battery is draining fast it is likely a wifi connection issue.
To prove, move the problem camera near the base station for a few days and if it resolves it then look for interference sources.
