I bought this system at Costco two years ago, and they never mentioned that I would have to pay for any subscription to use these rather expensive cameras. Now they tell me that I have a month left to cough up some cash to continue using the router and view my recording through their web site. This is highway robbery. I'm not paying anything for this. It was supposed to be included in the price of the system. How can I contact them to straighten this out?
