Hi! i bought this Arlo pro 2 system from Singapore and sent it to my home country Bangladesh. And now i cant subscribe to arlo smart plan. Therefore I cant use Arlo's CVR option. I spoke to the Arlo's agent and I was told that if I really want to use this feature i need to bring it back to Singapore, install it here and send it back to Bangladesh. But do you think thats a feasible solution? Can someone from Arlo management team help me in this regard?

The Arlo Management and staff do not visit or read this forum, this is for community users.
One of the super users or moderators here may be able to assist and would usually contact you by PM.
You can also contact Arlo’s Support via the links on this forum.

The setup of the system in Singapore (assuming Singapore can get the subscriptions) is what's needed. There's an FAQ here with the list of countries that have access to the subscriptions - check there to be sure. You would also need to use a credit card from Singapore to get it to work.
You will need to remove all devices from Settings, My Devices first to get this to work.

Here's a list of where extra features are available ; https://kb.arlo.com/000062193/Why-can-t-I-sign-up-for-Arlo-Smart
In the past, some have set up their systems in the US and taken to other countries and have had it work.
No idea why it still wouldn't , so I would guess the info given you is fairly correct. Unknown if this is a billing issue reason or not, as the cameras work in normal mode any where there is internet.... but also make sure you have enough bandwidth on the upload for all to function at new location.
Downside I have heard is, that if there are issues in other countries that are not supported, support may not be able to assist ... ie; warranty issues had to be sent back to the US. ( in above example )
