Being Signed Out With Granting Access

I’ve had my Pro Cameras for 3 months now and I gave access for my wife to view them, so we both can view at same time. Well now when either of us log on the other is signed out. This just started with the latest update. Any ideas on how to fix it? It’s really frustrating,. thanks

Looks like the Grant access has been over-written...  FW update??

( this is normal bty for logging into primary account by two devices )

I would try and re grant access to the bride

And make sure you both aren't trying to use the same credentials for the primary account by mistake.
