I recently bought the Arlo Pro 2 cameras and I can hardly see anything in the night through the cameras. I double checked my settings on the app and the night vision is on. I initially thought it could be because of the device. and tried it with another pro 2 camera but still nothing fruitful. Is it an standard issue? Could someone give me some tips to improvize night vision.

If you search online you will see this is a common problem. I had to move one of my Pro 2s inside and a Pro out because of this.

First, test the cameras. Bring them to a dark room and verify the IR illuminators glow dull red and that a recording is decent, not dark. It may simply be that you're trying to illuminate too large a scene which isn't going to work with these battery-operated cameras.
