Battery not charging

Can anyone tell me how to contact customer service? They hang up on me after about 5 minutes of being on hold waiting for someone to talk to in the first place & live chat isn’t working. My battery on one of my cameras is apparently dead because it won’t charge. I just bought the cameras in December. Also, the app kicked me out & I haven’t been able to get into it in months so I can’t even see what’s going on outside my house!

First are you using the ORGINAL charger and cable ? Normal usb adapters will not charge the battery pack
