Just wondering if anybody else is experiencing this issue, I have 5 cameras all plugged into power and one of them drops down to about 90% then charges back to 100% then repeats the cycle. The other 4 cameras maintain full charge. The camera doesn’t get any more motion than the others so no obvious reason for this behavior.

You may find that your others are doing this too but that you don't notice it.
There is some intelligence built in to make sure that batteries don't get overcharged. This is what you may be seeing and in my opinion nothing to worry about.

I have never seen this. While the camera does prevent overcharging, I've only ever seen a full battery indication when plugged into AC.
