Battery died on camera and only shows blinking amber and blue lights. Left it but did nothing.

Hello, Battery died on one of my cameras. I charged it and all
It does is blink amber and blue lights and then nothing. cant synch, get get them to light up steady blue to re-sync. I’ve left it charging to the base to see if the firmware was updating, I also removed it from the Arlo base to try and add it back but still can’t fix it.please advise how to reset or how to fix. Thanks.

If removing and reinserting the battery doesn't help, use the Contact Support link at the bottom here. Note that the Live Chat causes a troubleshooting "bubble" to pop out which may help. If not, continue to get a live person.
