Battery at 11% after charging for one hour

My camera has been charging for an hour now and it is not moving from 11 %.  I use original cable that came with the camera. 

 

How  do I resolve this?

It is also showing error “faulty charge has been detected” in live view window

This is error I see while camera is plugged.

Pull battery and then replace, attempt to charge again ( resets camera )

 

If you have more than one battery pack, try swapping with another camera to eliminate a bad battery ( see if the issue follows the battery )

 

You say the original cable, but are you using the ac adapter too ?  ( requires a dual voltage charger to charge )

Tried re-synching no luck

removing device no luck

different charged no luck
