Basestation is not working correctly

Arlo has terminated my base service. Any solutions or are my cameras dead unless I pay?

If you are talking about the free 7-day storage for the Pro 2 cameras, then Arlo has NOT terminated that.

 

Something else must be wrong.

@Hendobear I do see the basestation as well as all the cameras are all online. Are you still needing any assistance?
