It seems some kind of update was pushed out and now when I try to look at my recordings it just spins. My screen now shows "Get A Plan" on it. When I bought it, I was fine with the free version keeping just 7 days of recordings. Do I now need to get a plan to keep what I had?

No, the free plan still exists. If you were one of the folks that got a trial subscription recently, did you make any changes to your camera settings, like activity zones, etc.? If so delete them too remove the message. However, you shouldn't be getting the "spinning". Try rebooting your phone and reinstalling the app to see if that helps. You may want to use the web client (my.arlo.com) on a computer browser to see if the issue happens there, too.

Thank you for the response. I deleted and reinstalled the app. I now have a "feed" option which shows my recordings. Strangely, when I get an alert and select it, it still just spins. So, I just get out of that and go to the "fee" option. This used to be so user friendly, but now it's very cumbersome to use. I'm not seeing the benefits to the changes they've made.

There have been a number of recent issues with legacy cameras (Pro 2 and older) as well as with their old base stations. WHile the cameras are EOL, the bases are not but it generally seems to be that as the various pieces of software for the system changes, the older devices are being left behind. There may be issues that Arlo will be (eventually) willing to correct but that's likely to not happen more and more as time goes on.
