Hi,

 

I wanted to connect to my Arlo App to change mode, but i don't see anything (BaseStation/SmartHub , config...).

I tried to detect my BaseStation/SmartHub (VMB4000), but impossible... (with the app or on the web).

 

With my Home App (Apple - HomeKit), i see all my cameras, but it's not possible to configure and change mode like on Arlo App (Version 2.18).

 

How to detect my BaseStation/SmartHub, and do i lost my configuration?

All lights are green and i tried on the same switch/router.

It's unclear to me what you're trying to do. You should simply use the app, login normally and go to the Mode tab. It sounds like you're having an issue doing so. Try rebooting your phone and reinstalling the app.

I want to use the application as I did in the past.

Nothing is visible in the application, so I can not control anything.

The station is not detectable in the Arlo App, however I can see the cameras in the Home App (HomeKit).

I can uninstall the application but I have the same problem from the Arlo website.
