Base station and app do not connect

My house is not monitored by any cameras for a month. The Arlo app does not find my station (VMB4000), on any of my devices. It's a pile of junk, I recommend everyone to put theirs in the garbage can.

Did you attempt this on the web access ?

It is much more stable/easier vs the apps.
