Base VMB4000r3 shows offline in app for friend accs, shows online on web. Other base works fine

Hi we have two different homebases. The VMB5000 works fine and shows it's online on the two friend accounts. However our VMB4000r3 shows it is offline for the friend accounts (shows online for the primary acc) under 'Mode' in the mobile app but it shows it's online when using web. We can also see the live feed from the cameras and get notifications. It was working fine a couple of weeks ago or a month ago and then all of the sudden it started saying offline. All three LED lights are green and as mentioned earlier on the primary account there is no issue with this base.  We have tried restarting the base, removing it and syncing all cameras, pull out the plug and plug it back in after a couple of minutes and re-invite friend accs.

We need to know if all users see the same interface since a mismatch can cause this issue. The old interface uses Library to view recordings while the new one uses Feed.
