App version is 2.12.2 (1925)

 

Arlo 2 has been working for a year, satisfactorily.  2 weeks ago, Base station went off line.  (This is a remote device; not a primary residence).

Re-started the base station.   Left, Middle lights are green.  Right light is NOT on.

The leds are in order... left to right

POWER - INTERNET - CAMERAS

 

Since the first two are green, your cameras may have lost sync.

If the base was powered down for a while , that could have been the reason as cameras can lose sync if no base after a while ( also batteries deplete faster as cameras keep looking for base unit ).

So, check batteries and attempt to resync.

 

In future, since it's a remote site, I recommend a UPS for the base/router as if the base is powered thru outages, the cameras will stay synced.
