... the badge notifications on my iPhone are not resetting again.  Every time I clear them, a new notification sets the counter to a few hundred.  Last time, a cloud fix was needed to address this.  Hopefully Arlo will do the same again.

This is happening on my apple devices.  IPhone and iPad.

I can turn off all settings in the apple settings; however, that is a work around and does not show me how many times the camera triggered.

Which version of the Arlo app or using and Which version of iOS is on your devices?

I have an Arlo Pro 3 and my IOS software version is the latest, version 13.6.1.

The version of Arlo on my iPad is 2.19.2

Does this issue still occur with the badge counter not resetting with the Arlo app version 2.20?

I turned the badge numbers back on through IOS settings and the counter seems to be working now.  I will let you know if It changes.

This issue with the badge counter not resetting should now be resolved. Please download the latest version of the Arlo Mobile App v2.20
