Hi, i tried to reply back to your question, "how did i deactivate the cameras" but theres no reply button. I was trying to shut the cameras off when i came in, everything looked unfamiliar. I saw deactivate and tapped on that because i couldnt see anything else that i could do. I thought there would be a reactivate button but there wasnt any.  Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

I see the base and it says cameras are disconnected. I charged the batteries fully and then I synced it to the base but it still says disconnected. I have the 7 day free subscription that came with the cameras when I bought them. It wouldn't have anything to do with that would it?  Im wondering if I should  just reset it to factory and start all over again. Thank you , Nancy

But I don't.

  • I see an on/off control in the device settings.  Pressing that gives me a message the camera is disabled, not deactivated.
  • I see a "Remove Device" in the device settings that removes the camera (or base) from your account.
  • I see a "Restart" control for the base station in the device settings.

Pressing "Standby" on the dashboard gives me a message that the camera is idle when I go into the camera device settings.

Do you see any of the cameras or the base when you look at the devices page?
