Arlo pro2 - one unit has white background and the other unit is not charging

I am having so many issues with my camera. Arlo is willing to replace one unit that has a white background and not yet sure with the other one that is not charging. They already sent me new batteries but still no luck.

I just want to have a full refund and return the units back.
