Details. What have you tried and what do you see? What is the hub LED showing? Exactly what procedure are you following?

Hi , Thanks for reply. I followed the app. After connecting hub, I tried to sync camera as per app instruction. Both camera and hub blue lights are blinking but after one minute it is showing no camera found. I tried again and again but no outcome. I also tried after resetting the hub but same problem.

Remove and reinsert the camera battery. Try briefly pressing the base sync button - don't hold it for 2 seconds and then the camera button. Any better?
