Arlo pro2 basestation lights off

My arlo pro2 basestation and 4 cameras were working very well untill 2 days ago. I saw the warning as my base station is offline when I check the app. I come home and press sync button which does not make any sense And there where no lights active on the base station. When ı power of and insert the electicity Plug Back in, there were no lights again. Only I can hear a voice as tik tik tik coming inside of the base station. Can any one help me please?

Sounds like a hardware issue...

Pull power, replace and if the first led doesn't go green after a couple of mins. it may be power or base.

( btw, sync button will not restart the base )
