Arlo Pro 2 doesn't seem to be charging

When placed on charged it doesn’t seem to charging more than 50%
Camera is only 10-12 months old

Have you tried a different charger that supports both 5v and 9v outputs? If that doesn't help, use the Contact Support link at the bottom here for a possible hardware problem.
