Dual Charger Fails Again

This is the SECOND dual charger that has seem to fail after a few uses and after the 1 year warrantee - what a waste of money. The lights no longer illuminate if the batteries are charging or not. Same problem as previous charger - zero wear and tear....

Mine's been working for years. Have you tried a different charger that supplies both 5v and 9v outputs to see if that's the problem?
