Arlo pro 2 stops working when unplugged

When my camera's are plugged in they work fine (all 6 camera's), shows the battery charging, using the correct cable and I've checked to make sure nothing is blocking the connection around the battery or any damage - all good condition but the second they are unplugged they turn off and go offline.

Not sure if this has just happened or the camera batteries have been fully discharged.

If you intend to store them then remove the batteries.

You could try the recovery procedure to start with.
