Battery operated Arlo Pro 2 cameras did not reconnect but AC-connected cameras did

I have 4 Arlo Pro 2 cameras and an Arlo doorbell camera.  2 of the Pro 2 cameras are battery only; the other 2 cameras and the doorbell camera are plugged into AC source.  All cameras apparently went offline early yesterday morning.  I power cycled the base unit this morning and the AC powered cameras all came back online but the 2 battery-only cameras will not connect.  Batteries were recently charged.  It's odd to me that the AC cameras are fine and the battery ones are not connecting.  Any idea how to resolve?

If the battery cameras were having problems connecting to the base in that time, they could have run the batteries down. Try plugging one in to see if 1) it works properly and 2) the battery needs charging.
