Arlo pro 2 speaker not working for 2 way talk

can somebody help me? i have arlo pro 2 cameras , recently i have bee having problem with the speaker, i have try to communicate thru the camera but is not working, i have already check for a new firmware, but everything is up to date, i dont know what else to do , i appreciate your help

Try a computer browser. You can increase the mic gain on a computer for more volume which you can't do on a phone. Wth the app, listen very carefully - the sound may be there but very low.

Hi there , I did that already and it said that the volume is all the way up, I have removed the battery and put it back and still not working, I have restarted the base station and still the same , I don’t know what’s happening? 😕

NOt sure what you did on the computer but use the sound control panel and see if you can increase the mic gain. It's a separate setting.
