I have arlo pro 2 cameras that have been intermittently working detecting movement but not recording. Removed both, tried to add them again. No success. Tried troubleshooting the base station which connects to internet but arlo ap can't find it to add. Online support (before got disconnected) simply got me to go through the troubleshooting steps I had already done ( several times over several hours!). No joy from phone helpline who didn't answer or get back to me. I know EOL is on the cards but surely they should still be supported currently? Or do I just chuck what has become potentially a very expensive waste of money and find a better security system? Any recommendations either way? TIA

You need to add the arlo devices via the local network, mobile app on local wifi, pc connected to the local network router if using the website app my.arlo.com
Ensure you have the devices removed from the arlo account. Reset the cameras by pulling the cameras battery for 10sec.
