Pro 2 recording stopped working

Hello, tried reading through discussions but not finding my specific issue. 

We’ve had the pro 2 for 4+ years with 7 day free recording and recently noticed that recording is working as it used to. We have 5 cameras and all hooked up and working when we view live.

 

1 of 5 cameras records normally with motion/noise detection and notification.

However the other 4 record nothing regardless of settings adjustments and obvious motions in front.

You could try resetting the cameras by pulling the camera battery for 10sec.

 

You can also power cycle the base station to reset it.

 

Have you checked the motion detection settings in the mode rules?

I suggest first confirming that you can make manual recordings while viewing the cameras live.

 

Then move on to the motion detection test for the misbehaving cameras.  Maybe restart the base and remove/insert the batteries on these cameras before doing that test.
