Arlo pro 2 is offline. How to get it back online?

One of my cameras is offline not accessing the internet how do i get it back online

The Pro 2 does not access the internet it connects with the base.

Remove the battery for  second or two and then refit, led should flash blue. Attach to the charger in case the battery is flat.
