I have purchased 3 of the Pro 2's in the last few months. Firmware is up to date.
They seems to pick up very little to nothing during the daylight hours and absolutely nothing at night. I've pulled batteries verified firmware. set to max sensitivity. Nothing. placed an arlo pro next to 2 of them and they are pulling everything going on.
HW Version H6
Firmware 1.125.14.0_34_1189
Looking for help.

I would remove them from the account ( remove device ) and bring back as new...
this will rebuild the setttings in the base.
Also you are adjusting the sense level from the mode ?

OP, you didn't answer this question. The motion sensitivity setting is in your modes and rules.

One of several unanswered questions.
We don't even know from the original message if the poster has actually set up modes and rules that will respond to motion and get the cameras to record.
People can only offer suggestions if they know what is going on at the user end.

Sorry, I guess I overlooked that question. Yes I have maxed out the sensitivity in all modes. armed ,schedule, etc I physically moved them as well to try and get more of a crossing angle instead of coming straighter at the house. they are working they just do not have any range beyond 35-40 ft.

You're doing danged good to get detection at that range! The spec is out to ~25 feet so 35-40 feet implies proper operation+.
