Arlo pro 2 camera not connecting

Hi,

I took the camera down to charge and it no longer connects. It flashes orange and blue. Tried removing battery, forget device and readd, turn hubb off and on, factory reset and it just won't work. Even if I do get it connected it says offline. Other camera is fine. Any suggestions greatly appreciated

Very likely the camera is faulty. You'll need a new camera (which will require a subscription) or a used one of the same model.
