Cameras not recording for first 12 hours each day.  "Feed" ( the old Library) does not contain recordings that need to be recorded with actual activity taking place there.  My security system has been destroyed by Arlo's changes and hopefully nothing happens to destroy my home.  I will have to find another provider when I get back if Arlo cannot correct this immediately..  Unfortunately there is no telephone number to call and the "Chat" system is a joke.

Do you have a filter set in Feed? If so, reset them. You can also view just one camera's recordings by clicking on the thumbnail for that camera in Dashboard or Devices (NOT the Play arrow). If still missing, try removing the rules from your modes and recreate them.

Also, make sure you aren't using a schedule in Routines, Automations or that it's working properly.

Are the recordings not there at all? Or are they seriously delayed?

Three of he four cameras will have one or two pictures in the afternoon looking under "feed", only.  The other camera appears to be working normally but only in the afternoon.

Can you make manual recordings while livestreaming the cameras?

A few more videos appear now but nothing like on the old system,  especially prior to noon?

I am really getting upset with your new system especially when I assumed like in past years that it was working and providing security when I am 1800 miles away for three months. Something will change when I get home! I will have to return this week to get another system if yours isn't working like it use to work.

Can you provide the time and days that you're expecting recordings, also the times that it's not recording? I see you're using the standby and arm away modes. Can you provide the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far as well? Have you tried recreating these automations?
