My camera stopped detecting motion. It turns on and I can record manually. The other camera is detecting and recording motion fine. I have taken out the battery,  unplugged it, re booted the router. Any suggestions??

Have you checked that the camera is armed?

Yes, it is armed. Just doesn't detect motion.  If I go to the live feed it comes on.

It's possible that the PIR motion sensor has failed - unfortunately the camera isn't repairable.

 

Have you tried the motion detection test?

Thanks for responding.  I tried the motion test and no yellow light came on.  Do you know if it's possible to speak to someone from the company?

phone support is only available through the app, and requires a subscription.

 

The camera isn't repairable, and if a Pro 2 would be out of warranty.
