Arlo keeps losing internet and now cannot find device after i reset

We need all details. What do the base LEDs show when "losing Internet"? Define reset - reboot/power cycle or push the reset button? Bigg difference between them.

Base station has only the left 2 ( left and middle) LEDs illuminated, right light never comes on. I powered down (no effect) powered down and unplugged from power (no effect) then removed device (per online suggestion)and attempted to reload everything. Now it does not see the device,
Base station is NetGear Model VMB4000.

Last attempt - remove all devices from your account, hold the reset button until the LEDs flash amber, let the base reboot and then claim it again. If that doesn't help, you'll likely need to replace it. I assume it's well out of the 1 year warranty.
