After trying various solutions in the last 1 year I think The only solution to this is throw Arlo camera in the bin and go for Eufy which is much more reasonable in price and does a better job than Arlo. It has reset feature in the app itself and if the camera is stuck you don’t have to personally go and remove it plug back to bring it back online. + amazing battery life.

May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have performed so far? I don't want to suggest any methods you have previously performed.

Tried the below:
Resetting the devices, removed the battery and put it back after few seconds, switched off router and turned back on - The result: The camera comes back online but after few days the cameras again goes offline. It is frustating when you are away from home and this happens because no one is available to reset at home. There is no option in the app to reset it online.
