My Arlo Pro 2 7 day has been working fine up until now. Using the legacy free 7 day subscription
There is now no free subsciption on my account and it seems you are being pushed to use a paid for subscription.
how can i reinstate this free subsciption which was part of the original contract?

Ram_cat,
The 7 day legacy cloud storage was never part of a "subscription" (you won't see anything if you navigate to Settings > Subscription in your Arlo account). If you're using legacy cameras, by default, you can still record to the cloud for 7 days at no additional cost for up to 5 legacy cameras.
Could you provide more specific details about what you're experiencing?

Can you save a manual recording while livestreaming?
