I have been experiencing constant cameras and base stations going offline. Even when cameras are on they skip movements and notifications. I’ve tried calling and resetting four times and even went and returned the old cameras for brand new ones. The new cameras do the same thing. I don’t know if people just don’t check their cameras so they don’t notice but my cameras are out about 12 hours of the day. I’m about ready to just return these and get old school hard wired cameras because here is no sense in having cameras when they only work half the time. I have been on vacation twice where the cameras go out and are unable to reset until I got home weeks later. Very inconvenient.

Jt16,
This sounds like it could be an issue with interference or poor signal due to range. Consider moving the camera to a different location to test, try bringing the camera closer to the base station and reduce the distance between the base and the camera.
