In case you’re not aware the VMB3000 is a Base station like the VMB4500.
You can have multiple base stations on a single account.

I'm guessing you mean the VMC3030 camera. In any case, all Arlo cameras that can connect to a base can connect to the VMB4500.
The VMC3030 uses 4 CR123 batteries. If your camera has a square lithium battery, then remove it from the housing, and take out the battery. You'll find the label behind it. Compatibility info is here:
